• Wear Inspection: During routine elevator maintenance, regularly inspect the wear condition of the inner red/brown shoe lining. When the wear depth exceeds 1/3 of the original lining thickness, the component must be replaced immediately.
• Periodic Re-tightening: It is recommended to re-tighten the side anti-loosening nuts and the base mounting bolts within the first week of elevator operation to prevent loosening caused by vibration.
• Standardized Usage: It is strictly forbidden to use this guide shoe beyond its rated operating speed (1.75 m/s) and rated load capacity (1250 kg).
